Includes 8 hours of service:

  • Final vendor communication (30 days or 1 week out)

  • Custom timeline creation and implementation

  • Greet and guide guests and vendors

  • Ceremony & reception coordination (line-up, grand entrance, key events)

  • Vendor liaison

  • Tip envelope distribution

  • Couple assistance throughout the day (drinks, timing, etc.)

  • Floorplans if needed
